Oracle Cloud shifts focus on strategic HR Services
To support the rapid talent management, Oracle has announced that real estate development conglomerate, Kalpataru Limited has opted to go live with Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, which is a part of Oracle Cloud.
Oracle Global Human Resources (HR) Cloud and Oracle Talent Management Cloud will help the company to hire high volumes of candidates quickly, build talent pools and streamline its recruiting process.
