OLS and last-mile communication – Two major pain points of partners

The 16th Star Nite Award 2017 held on 3rd November witnessed an assembly of IT associations from across the country where VARINDIA along with FAIITA (Federation of All India IT Associations), organized a meeting to discuss the pain points of the channel and their expectations from the Federation. Various issues were raised during the discussions, but the major concerns that continue to exasperate the partners include price disparity in OLS, last-mile communication among associations, declining margin in SI business, lack of proactiveness of the Federation, etc.
