nubia expands its M series with M2 Play in India

nubia smartphones has unveiled the M2 Play priced at Rs.8,999 in India. Equipped with 3,000mAh battery, the M2 Play integrates Android nougat with an upgraded nubia UI 5.0.

Nubia M2 Play is the third model in the company’s M series of phones and comes with a 5.5-inch 2.5D glass screen and a fingerprint scanner. The phone sports a 5MP front camera with fast focus, 2.4 aperture and a 13MP rear camera with flash and 2.2 aperture. The device offers 3GB RAM + 32 GB ROM combination of storage and is powered by Qualcomm 435 processor.

Commenting on the launch, Eric Hu, Country Head, nubia India, said, “We have been witnessing a lot of traction for our products and enquiries coming from segment of users who are either first-time buyers altogether or migrating from feature phones. In M2 Play, we have integrated everything design, screen, battery and technology, over and above a great camera to make it a compelling proposition. The device will be available for sale in India exclusively on Amazon from 8th September, 2017.
