NIIT Technologies partners with Nanoheal

NIIT Technologies has entered into partnership with Nanoheal. NIIT Technologies will leverage Nanlohea’s platform within its holistic automation framework “Excelerate” to deliver intelligent and empathetic helpdesk solution.

Nanoheal comes with a made-to-order issue resolution database and a self-managing engine. Nanoheal’s predictive intelligence goes beyond the realms of machine learning, to bring in true automation in resolving devices issues without the need of human intervention, through its autonomic engine.
