New Xperia reaches Indian shores
Sony has released its next-in-line Xperia NXT smartphones - Xperia U and P, and the Xperia Sola, in India. Initially unveiled at the Xperia S launch in the city last month, the three new devices will be available to consumers in the month of May. While the Xperia U and Xperia Sola are already retailing and Xperia P will be available in the last week of this month.
P. Balaji, MD, Sony Mobile Communications India said, "After the Xperia S, these three new smartphones will appeal to the Indian consumers. Each Xperia Smartphone comes with a distinct user experience and set of features available at different price points, so that the consumers have. more to choose from."
Powered by xLoud's 3D surround sound, and 5MP camera, and HD video, the Xperia U is for those who are glued to the internet on their smartphones. The Xperia Sola is also NFC-ready. Additionally, customers will also have the option to avail free data offers from Tata DOCOMO.
