Cloud services will release capex  burden , which can be utilized  exactly where it is required and outdated  old services will be replaced so the capex part which used to  be 80% ,  will come down to 20% and scalable services will provide  the cushion to expand exponentially  without much ado.

The latest technology adoption trends are   definitely cloud services, artificial intelligence, Big Data, Digital customer Experience, Block chain technology, creating E-commerce into the ecosystem, Decentralized finances using leading crypto currencies etc. are the leading tech trends.

MSMEs are more agile and swift on decision making than large enterprises, so cloud adoption to MSME is much faster and MSME are thinking if it is done today then why we have not done Yesterday, dependability on others are less, decision time, savings vs Risk taking capability is more in MSME so adoption is taking much pace in this space.
