Microsoft makes Bing Lock Screen App available for Android users

Microsoft has announced availability of Bing Lock Screen App for Android users. This lock screen app gets user the daily Bing homepage image to the phone. Not just that,one can change the image (from the past 6 days) with just a shake of the phone or by swiping to the right.
User can see missed calls and text messages at a glance on the lock screen and also search directly from the lock screen without unlocking the phone. Picturesque also brings current weather, news and Indian regional calendars on the phone lock screen.
User can access phone camera from the lock sceen; Change the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, volume, brightness settings; also can use the phone as a torch from the lock screen.
This app was put together as part of the Microsoft garage initiative.
