Magenta Group appoints Shashank Sathe to Board of Directors

Magenta Group has strengthened its leadership team by appointing Shashank Sathe to the Board of Directors. In his position as Director – Technology, he will lead and shape Magenta’s technology and innovation agenda to strengthen the Group’s leadership in the tech domain, a key pillar to Magenta’s growth strategy.

Shashank has been the group CTO at Bajaj Capital Limited and has led the technology arm of other leading companies. With over 24 years of experience in technology, Sathe specializes in Fintech domain, high-availability computing, deep learning, artificial intelligence and game theory.

Sathe will lead Magenta’s Technology transitions that will help the growth of technology- driven EV adoption. This technology focus is central to Magenta’s growth plans to leap from “EMobility” solutions to “Smart Mobility” solutions. Under his guidance, the brand shall focus on integrated software, openstacks and pure serverless computing.
