Lenovo hosts SMB National Business Partner Meet in Jaipur
In an attempt to further increase their market share and reach out to their target audience, Lenovo is aggressively focusing on building its channel and retail base.
Partners are Lenovo’s primary route to market and partner profitability is the key focus area for Lenovo. To fortify the existing relationships and build new associations, Lenovo has recently held SMB National Business Partner meet in Jaipur, Rajasthan where 60 dealers from all over the country have participated. The objective of this meet was to instill confidence amongst their SMB Business Partners and have them meet the Lenovo Leadership team to understand the company’s India Focus and business priorities.
The theme of the meet was “Winspiration”. The theme was crafted keeping in mind the aim to win the SMBB market share and mind share amongst the key partner community, by inspiring them to follow and associate with Lenovo. The meet began with an electrifying Laser show followed by a video message from Yang Yuanqing, CEO, Lenovo and a champagne toast for becoming the No. 1 PC company in the world.
Ashok Nair, Director – SMB, Lenovo India, started the session by stating, “Our Protect and Attack strategy has enabled us to witness hyper-growth in the PC industry. Our Unstoppable Lenovo India motto has helped us achieve impeccable results across all the segments. Consumer and SMB segments are the growth engines for our Lenovo India business and we aim to sustain our growth in the consumer space and double our market share in the SMB space with a healthy Think Mix and Premium Portfolio.”
The partner programmes which were launched at the event include Spartan DOERs Club for T3 Retail Business and Partners Spartan VARLords Programme for VAR Sales Representatives.
Amar Babu, MD, Lenovo India, concluded the evening with an interactive session – Ask-Your-Questions-to-Lenovo-Leadership, where the floor was thrown open for discussion on several pertinent issues where Amar and Sudipto offered their personal accountability to resolve specific partner issues leaving the partner community with a sense of contentment.
