Kavveri acquires WPCS International Incorporated

Kavveri Telecom Products Limited has announced its latest acquisition of WPCS International Incorporated (Wireless Communication Division). Kavveri Telecom Products Limited, through its 100% subsidiary company Kavveri Technologies Americas Inc., acquired WPCS Wireless Communication division with operations in Lakewood, New Jersey and Hartford Connecticut. The company acquired these two operations through its 100% subsidiaries Quality Communication Systems Inc. & New England Communication Systems Corp.
