Jeyandran Venugopal joins Snapdeal as Technology Advisor

To strengthen its technology leadership, Snapdeal has roped in Jeyandran Venugopal as Technology Advisor. In his new role, Jeyandran will be in an advisory position and will work with the leadership team to lay down the strategic technology roadmap for the future.

Aiming to become a globally renowned technology leader, Snapdeal has been revamping its engineering team aggressively to further build and enhance customer and seller experience on its site.

Jeyandran holds over 16 years of rich experience in the leading global technology companies like Amazon and Yahoo and also holds a number of patents in his name for his path-breaking work in technology. Prior to Snapdeal, he was the Vice-President and a part of the executive leadership team at the Yahoo R&D Division in Bangalore.
