With that in mind, CommScope offers its partners training and certification through its market leading CommScope Infrastructure Academy, among other benefits. It is not enough to just provide partners with innovative solutions and products that is why we also work with them on training to provide an even deeper level of value.
CommScope helps our partners in our network to benefit from market opportunities. For instance, CommScope recognizes the ways our customers want access to information on products and solutions. With this in mind, CommScope set out to provide a better way in which customers can gather accurate information and seek out the proper contacts to complete their buying process. To keep up with the changing needs of how customers access the information and interact with partners, CommScope has introduced the PartnerPRO Portal. The portal is considered acollaboration software tool that pairs the needs of CommScope customers with our PartnerPRO Network members.
As a communications infrastructure leader, CommScope shapes the always-on networks of tomorrow; but that’s only half the equation. With the help of our partners we can achieve goals that seem impossible and capitalize on the wide range of possibilities in the market.

The PartnerPRO Network consists of CommScope-authorized distributors, installers, consultants and integrators backed by the global experience of CommScope and trained to provide local insight that puts our solutions to work for customers.
As technology becomes more prolific and more capable, it also becomes more complex. To simplify that complexity for our partners and customers, CommScope’s PartnerPRO Network matches customers who need help with the best solutions and the ideal partners. In this way, we help partners to eliminate steps in reaching the right people.
We also developed the CommScope Infrastructure Academy app for members of the PartnerPRO Network. The new app, available for iOS and Android devices, allows students to access a large library of demonstration videos, interactive product demonstrations, instructional documents and other information. All this material is available on a student’s smartphone or tablet where ever they are and can even be saved to their devices, so it can be accessed when offline. The app also brings a change in how we provide badges and certificates for certain certifications. It’s a safe bet that students have their phones with them wherever they go."
