When Array Networks was first started, the initial 2 years and 2 months are defined as a phase of struggle for the company. But once this phase got over, the journey has taken a wonderful turn for Array. What ensued is an exciting growth story that gets manifested in the warm acceptance it has received from the enterprise segment. “Today, we are the top 3 ADC vendors in India (as per the IDC Tracker) and Frost & Sullivan ADC vendor of the year for three years consecutively,” says a proud but solemn Shibu Paul, Country Manager – IN, ME and ASEAN, Array Networks.
Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, Array Networks is a global leader in application, desktop and cloud service delivery with over 5,000 worldwide customer deployments. Empowering its Channel
In its first phase of building the company’s presence, Array has evaluated and selected a few focussed partners across regions to work with. Slowly, the number has grown and Array started getting more and more people in the channel trained. By giving advanced training on AND technologies and creating joint propositions for customers, Array tries to create an atmosphere that ensures a lot of opportunities that benefit both its partners and customers.
Besides training them, Array also helps its partners to identify customers and make them understand as how performance and acceleration is going to be very critical for bottom lines. Array has identified a distributor and a few VADs who are focussed on segments and verticals – Redington, Inspira, Amtrak and Comguard, besides a few of its national partners.
Looking ahead…
It is only a matter of time before access and delivery will go hand in glove, but on Array’s part it has already set its goal of clinching the position of the top Application Delivery Networking player in the country in the years to come. It also wants to be known as a value-for-money player in the segment with the best technology and support infrastructure. But at its core lies the dedication and determination to serve customers better and help partners grow that will invariably help Array achieve the unsurpassed.
