ITL Technologies introduces new ERP version – Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3

IL&FS Technologies Limited has recently introduced a new ERP version called Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3.

After a thorough research in the diagnostic industry, ITL has realized that ever since hospitals and laboratories have started venturing into expanding their geographical business reach – their business transaction volume has increased tremendously. However, with more and more patient registrations coming their way, many centres have been facing the challenge of handling the large volume of patient registration data as their existing ERP version was not equipped to adapt to this business change.

As a result, it has caused mismatch in patient registration data further causing problems in the diagnostic industry. Adding to this problem is another challenge wherein different software’s are being used to execute various in-house business processes such as an age-old ERP version for accounting, another for patient registration, while another for HR policies.

To manage large chunk of patient registration data, and to break the silo software working system, ITL created a one-stop ERP solution software “Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3” which helps diagnostic industries focus more on business, instead of investing all its energy on learning many applications.

The new version comes with capability of handling all essential diagnostics domain business functionalities, including handling the large data volume. It’s easy to deploy, manage and streamlines data and processes, as all modules are available under single system. Data retrieval for Patient registration, financial management, Business intelligence & reporting, sales & marketing, etc are also easy to manage. By integrating Aadhaar card with patient’s registration number, all patients’ details fill up automatically, thereby maintaining data uniqueness for each patient which guides them in further health checkups.

This customized AX 2012 R3 ERP system is fully integrated with LIMS (Lab information Management system). Patient reports are published after validating its payments in ERP. The workflow functionality within Microsoft Dynamics AX can be set up as simple, or as complex as needed. ERP can be easily integrated with other Microsoft products such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project Server, Outlook, etc.

With this an organization can add customized dashboards or a system user can customize their own objects within their own organization. Mobile application enables user to capture expenses and enter timesheets. It can be used in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Expense Management and Timesheet. The app supports capturing a photo of the receipt, as well as entering expense details. It also enables creating, completing and submitting a timesheet.

Taking their recent development forward in the market, ITL has successfully collaborated with Dr Lal Path Labs and upgraded their old ERP version with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 R3.
