itelligence installs SAP DMS solution at Morris Garages India
itelligence India Software Solutions has announced the successful go-live of SAP Dealer Management Solution (DMS) at British carmaker MG (Morris Garages) India.
MG Motor India, which is set to launch its first vehicle named ‘Hector’ in the month of June 2019, aims to capitalize on the SAP solutions provided by itelligence, to garner and collate data around prospected customers interested in buying the SUV. Recently, the carmaker announced the introduction of iSMART connected car technology, which will power its upcoming cars in India.
With the core business objective of an aggressive expansion in India’s lucrative automobile market, MG Motor, India realized the immense potential of SAP DMS for unprecedented customer experience. The DMS also referred to as MG. NET pronounced as ‘’Magnet’’ by MG Motor India will empower the company’s dealers to run their core business operations viz. Sales, Dispatches, Billing and Inventory Management seamlessly. Besides, catering to core business functionality, DMS tracks the entire customer journey starting with customer interactions through various channels Website, Third Party Portal (Car Dekho, Cars24), Call Center, Showroom visits, Test Drive, Sales, Post Sales Activities, Services and Feedback at each stage through customer mobile app.
