ISACA India to host IT Governance and Risk Conference 2013
The ISACA Chennai Chapter and the ISACA India Task Force have announced to host the ISACA India Conference, (IIC) 2013, themed “IT Governance, Risk Management and Compliance – Current and Future Trends”. IIC 2013 will focus on topical issues being faced by the IT industry and will share guidance and good practices for dealing with complex challenges and opportunities at a strategic and thematic level.

Sunder Krishanan, EVP & Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Reliance Life Insurance Company (RLICL) and Member of ISACA’s India Task Force, said, In today's business environment, enterprises are ever more dependent on information technology, not merely to support functions but as a significant partner in driving and extending their business strategies. There is increasing consciousness and concern amongst stakeholders in embracing structured approaches to harvesting value from use of IT, managing risks from IT and ensuring compliance demands. At the ISACA India Conference, we intend to bridge the gaps and share best practices for IT governance and IT information security across sectors and levels.
The conference will also highlight new insights into the current business and regulatory environment needed to develop strategies to address the growing concerns and needs.
