IRIS Global intros "Touch OVERLay", converts any smart display screen touch operative

Iris Global has introduced a revolutionary new product that will make work more convenient to display, make presentations for academia, corporates as well as for domestic customers.

IRIS CMD Sanjiv Krishen said they are going to introduce a product called "Touch OVERLay" that can be fixed around any smart TV display screen and convert the same into a complete touch screen.

The Touch Overlay is a specially designed and developed product for Iris Global to ideally suit – education – schools, colleges, corporates, teaching centres and many others.

The Touch OVERLay makes it convenient for the presenter to connect laptop / computer to the display screen thru a USB port giving the required interface and thus achieve the convenience of touch screen operations.

Once this system is adopted - there is no need for a Pointer or a stick to display the program in Board Rooms or in the Classrooms.

This device can be fixed on any smart conventional LCD / LED display panel converting it into a Touch Screen one, at a very nominal charge of around Rs 15,000, depending on the screen size.

The product comes with fixable outer bezels along with a Toughened Glass screen. The bezels fit around the edges of the display, while the toughened glass prevents the TV screen from any scratch or damage.

Krishen said, on a preliminary study it has been found that the potential of this product is huge in the domestic market.
