What are the opportunities for SAAS & VSAAS in India?
In 1995 ZICOM pioneered the concept of electronic surveillance in India. Two decades later it gives us immense pride to mention Zicom pioneered the concept of SAAS & VSAAS in India in 2013. 

IOT (Internet of things) has been the biggest driver for the success of SAAS & VSAAS. It is estimated that by 2020 more than 50 billion devices will be connected. Obviously there will be a huge rub off in our local market. Our current estimate for the Indian market for SAAS in the current domain of security electronic is between Rs 250- Rs 300 crores and we believe this number could reach Rs 1500crores by 2020.

What are the benefits of SaaS & VSaaS in the fast evolving security Industry?
One of the biggest benefits is customer gets a quicker ROI on investment. It helps to enable digital transformation of business intelligence and enabling organization to utilize security investment much more efficiently to drive large benefits. A case in point is the e-surveillance of ATM’s, earlier bank used to spend 30k-40k rupees on ATM security. Thanks to VSAAS this cost has been bought down to 3k-4k per month.
