Intex new range of multimedia speakers
In order to expand its IT Accessories business, Intex has launched new line of 5.1 speakers - INTEX MJ 580 SUF and INTEX IT 4000BT nationally.
INTEX MJ 580 SUF is a 5.1 compact speaker bundled with five satellite speakers (7.62cm) and one main woofer (13.5 cm) along with LED panel on the top. Whereas, INTEX IT 4000BT incorporates five satellite speakers and a subwoofer and is believed to be the first Bluetooth enabled speaker from Intex stable.
Vikram Kalia, General Manager- Product Management, Intex Technologies said, “The new range of 5.1 multimedia speakers is a reflection of our commitment to deliver vivid sound experience combined with cutting edge technology and contemporary design to address the ever-evolving entertainment needs of the Indian consumers”.
The brand details that its IT Accessories business contributes close to 55% to the company’s overall revenue and the company further aims to cross a revenue of INR 500 crores in IT Accessories business in FY 2012-13
Moreover, the company is also planning to launch new models of multimedia speakers, soundbars, head phones and mouse this quarter.
