Infotech ties up with Alstom Transport to open RSC Centre
Infotech Enterprises has announced signing a new 5-year framework agreement with Alstom Transport to establish a rolling stock and components (RSC) engineering centre.
The new RSC engineering centre will cover all the engineering areas, with particular focus on the mechanical section. In three years’ time, 350 people will be providing support for Alstom’s development plan in India, a plan based on quality and the continuous improvement of skills.

Over a nine-month period, we worked extremely hard at building solid foundations for a sustainable and efficient relationship, taking account of feedback from previous years, Make or Buy, and the RSC Engineering vision, explained Philippe Brochard, Director, Alstom Sourcing Transverse Commodities.
The new RSC engineering centre from Infotech is expected to provide support for all Alstom Transport sites.
