Infosys’s "In-Person Collab" Weeks Encourage Collaboration in Work
"In-Person Collab" weeks have been launched by Infosys. The goal of this programme is to encourage teamwork among staff members. As part of Infosys' return-to-work policies, the "In-Person Collab" Weeks initiative encourages staff members working on Engineering-Internet of Things (ENG-IoT) projects to shift to working from the office for a minimum of 10 days each month.
Last year, Infosys implemented a hybrid work policy, requiring employees to work a minimum of 10 days per month or 30 days per quarter from the office, and this new initiative builds upon that framework. Additionally, remote-working employees are encouraged to plan their return and participate in the base development centers during the collaboration week.
The exact number of employees participating in the In-Person Collab Week is yet to be determined. Reports suggest that at least six weeks per quarter will be designated for In-Person Collaboration Weeks, during which employees will have the flexibility to schedule and adhere to the 10-day in-office work policy.
