Importance of Print media advertisement in India

Many businesses suffering from security breaches had no idea they were losing data. Organizations should consider more ‘aggressive’ security postures, for example by activating information security strategy right across the business, enforcing policies (internal checks, spoof ‘whaling’ and ‘phishing’ messages from the IT department, etc.) and fully engaging and motivating staff. Companies need to look at what’s hiding inside the network moving from east to west, extracting data slowly.

 

There were a survey among the companies gone for on-line and social media branding. Then the management has questioned on the ROI. The result was, Globally, India continues to be one of the few growth markets for print media. In 2018, though Print media is likely to continue its robust growth, it will be the slowest rate among other media platforms like TV, Radio, Digital, etc. but print will continue to remain the most credible source of information, despite the fact that most people now, consume news from social media and digital TV/TV quality news in various news websites. At the same time many corporates are planning for their move for digital mandate at the core of the brand communication strategy. The challenge for a advertising agency and PR firms for getting coverage in print will remain dominant, as most clients will want their stories to in print medium.

 

It is absolutely true that, digital marketing and social media is that social media is just one of the available channels of digital marketing. Many people believe that by engaging on social media they are doing digital marketing but this is not 100% true as there are many more components that make up a digital marketing campaign. The most popular social media platforms are: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon and YouTube.

With mobile-oriented services like WhatsApp, WeChat and Facebook Messenger achieving the top social media ranking spots in some of the world's biggest economies, it's clear that much of our digital behaviour is now converging around mobile devices.

 

Today, media has accessed in many ways, including with hand held devices like mobile phones, laptops, desktops, mp3 players, and more. The digital media will take over the world. You can read everything on the internet and everybody has their own network, like social media. Social networking sites are the websites using which you can make new friends and find out your old friends. Not only making and finding friends you can also find many other services available in networking sites. Usually all the networking sites work in a similar way. The difference is just of rules and regulations. Usually people who join these sites have some common reasons like finding old friends, making new friends, dating, religion, etc.

 

Social media data is the best representation of a user because it is a streaming record of their beliefs, attitudes and actions. With the help of artificial intelligence (AI), they convert the unstructured data to structured format so that they would able to monetize by selling to various organizations , can use this data to get to know a person on an individual level to do the target advertisement.

 

As the companies into social media business spends in much organised way with billions of dollar as their marketing development funds(MDF), where Printed media run by several different publishing houses, remember there will always be a need for a printed copy by the people. With print media you can share it and you can move it. So keep that fact in your mind if you develop a media strategy.

 

Lastly, India continues to be the only economy where print media, led by newspapers, is still growing and commands a major share of the overall advertising pie. Multiple forecasts by top media agencies expect 2018 to be an even bigger year for the growth of newspapers in India.The ABC data was testament to the fact that print media in India is growing amid a global slowdown as readers in the country continue to find the medium more credible and aspirational.
