IDC India appoints Neelam Dhawan as Advisor – Partner Transformation
International Data Corporation (IDC) India has announced the appointment of Neelam Dhawan as Advisor – Partner Transformation, IDC India.
Neelam has over thirty-five years of experience in the information technology industry. She has held various positions across HCL, IBM, Microsoft and Hewlett- Packard. She has been the Managing Director and leader of the country business for 11 years for Microsoft and later Hewlett-Packard in India.
Her main area of expertise has been managing complex technology business in highly matrixed organizations. She has experience of IT transformation across multiple industries: banking and finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare and government.
