ICCS Limited appoints Keshav Gaur as Vice-Chairman

ICCS Limited has announced the induction of Keshav Gaur as Vice-Chairman. Keshav will also be part of the Advisory Board and will advise all the affiliate companies in the Group. Keshav comes with a strong track record of having domestic and international experience in start-ups, turnaround and high-paced organizations wherein he has successfully capitalized on emerging business opportunities and created value for shareholders. His last stint was with Vertex India as MD and CEO for around seven years.

Keshav, a thorough professional, brings with him a wealth of experience across functions and businesses. His career spans from advertising with Hindustan Thompson Associates (HTA), and then transitioned into the Banking and Financial services industry where he held senior leadership roles at Citibank, American Express Bank, GE Capital – India Bank Card & Fidelity Investment. In the BPO space, Keshav as Country Head led and built the captive for Fidelity International across functions servicing customers across U.K. and Europe. He also was a key member of Daksh eServices Private Limited in its growth story and headed the business for telecom, e-commerce and travel. In his last assignment, as MD & CEO of Vertex India, he created one of the largest, profitable and successful domestic BPO company in the country.
