IAMCP hosts Partner Program to launch its Gujarat Chapter
The International Association for Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) has launched its Gujarat region chapter. The chapter has been inaugurated by Rajiv Sodhi, General Manager, Partner Ecosystem, Microsoft India. The launch was open to all Microsoft partners, associated with Microsoft technologies as developers, resellers, system integrators, etc, in Gujarat region, and was attended by over 50 Microsoft partners from all over Gujarat.
Rajiv Sodhi, General Manager, Partner Ecosystem, Microsoft India, said, “I am delighted to inaugurate the Gujarat chapter of IAMCP. Microsoft’s success depends on its partners and their innovative solutions which drive growth for our customers. The entrepreneurial energy in Gujarat is well known, and our partners are well placed to assist organizations, especially SMBs, in Gujarat adopt digital technologies to further grow their business. The IAMCP chapter will bring together partners to foster collaboration and sharing of best practices, which will contribute to both partner and customer success.”
Suresh Ramani, President, IAMCP India, spoke on how partners can leverage IAMCP to grow their business, and the value of IAMCP especially with respect to partnering and learning. He also mentioned the special “Women in Technology” (WIT) community, as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives by IAMCP as an association and how the member- organizations are also embracing it.
The board of IAMCP Ahmedabad (Gujarat region) chapter comprises five key Microsoft partner organization’s executives to help build thriving partner ecosystem in Gujarat, the board members are Kartik Shah, Director, Bitscape, as President; Namrata Gupta, Co-Founder, Synoverge Technologies, as Vice President; Vishal Vasu, Director, DEV IT Ltd, as Secretary General; Ankit Parashar, Director, Akkomplish, as Treasurer; and Nilesh Kuvadia, Director, ITCG Solutions, as Regional Secretary for Vadodara and South Gujarat region.

· Partner-to-Partner Networking
IAMCP is the hub of partner activity with thousands of members in countries all around the world. Nearly 100 chapters-strong, IAMCP provides networking activities and events on a regular basis. There are a variety of non-competitive product and service providers among IAMCP members who can collaborate to offer a portfolio of solutions to customers.
· Education and Growth
IAMCP offers programs to grow the capability and capacity of partners. Partner readiness in a business context means more than training on the latest Microsoft technologies, IAMCP hence offers programs in business planning, development of product and marketing capabilities, personnel management, financial planning, mentoring and adoption of best practices.
Anurag Gour of Microsoft India Global Black belt for Microsoft Kaizala, a mobile platform for secured productivity and chat solution by Microsoft, presented and demonstrated the use cases of new dimension of secured productivity with Kaizala to the partner community.
Also present at the launch were Vinayendra Jain, Microsoft India Geo Region Lead of SMB business, which also includes Gujarat state, Abhijit Yardi, Territory Channel Manager – Gujarat, Microsoft India, and Dipen Gandhi, Senior Partner Channel Development Manager, Microsoft India.
