Huawei Enterprise strengthen its Footprint

Huawei Enterprise Group is all set to strengthen its presence in India. Starting with a series of road shows, wherein a mobile experience zone showcases its ICT products and solutions. The mobile experience zone has been travelling across the globe and is now on a multi-city India tour. Having a central theme called ‘Innovation Unplugged’ that translates as “A Better Way”, as part of this activity Huawei Enterprise has five distinct focus areas: innovative tele-presence solutions, video surveillance solutions, ECC solutions, Unified Communications and IPCC solutions that are targeted towards the enterprise segment in India. In continuation with offering the best of breed enterprise products, Huawei Enterprise launched two new products: S5700-LI Series Gigabit Switches & AR150 & AAR200 Series Enterprise Router.

Eric Yu, President, Huawei Enterprise said "Product safety is critical and is an important aspect for the development of the industry. After receiving the IEC62368 certification from the prestigious UL, Huawei is demonstrating that our products are safe, reliable and energy efficient."

As part of this strategy, the company in association with its partners is set to target verticals like Government, BFSI, energy, power, transportation etc. in a focused manner and provide its globally proven ICT products and solutions for the enterprise segment.

He added, "India is an important market for Huawei and we see a huge potential here. We are looking at garnering 10 per cent of market share in India by 2015. With a lot of traction in segments like Government, Power, Transportation, Finance etc. we are looking at sizable growth coming from the Indian market in the coming months. And in order to achieve this growth, we would be enabling the enterprise community with specific solutions on cloud computing, unified communications, smart city implementation and data center solutions.”
