Hackers are across the globe, Kaspersky becomes scapegoat

According to a story published by the New York Times, Israeli government hackers hacked into Kaspersky’s network in 2015 and caught Russian government hackers red-handed hacking US government hackers with the help of Kaspersky.
Is this true that - Russia spying on America, Israel spying on Russia and America spying on everyone. It is like one is blaming another for doing exactly the same thing it is doing against someone else. Wow!
Just last week, the Wall Street Journal, an American media agency, published a story against the Kaspersky, a Russian antivirus provider, claiming that the Russian government hackers stole highly classified NSA documents and hacking tools in 2015 from a staffer's home PC with the help of Kaspersky Antivirus.
Even if the incident is real, quoting multiple anonymous sources from US intelligence community, Wall Street Journal article failed to provide any substantial evidence to prove if Kaspersky was intentionally involved with the Russian spies or some hackers simply exploited any zero-day vulnerability in the Antivirus product. In a published report in WSJ https://www.wsj.com/articles/russian-hackers-stole-nsa-data-on-u-s-cyber-defense-1507222108 , in response Eugene Kaspersky's response to the allegations made in blog post https://eugene.kaspersky.com/2017/10/05/we-aggressively-protect-our-users-and-were-proud-of-it/
In a response to our query, Eugene responded, Kaspersky Lab has not been provided any evidence substantiating the company’s involvement in the alleged incident reported by the Wall Street Journal on October 5, 2017, and it is unfortunate that news coverage of unproven claims continues to perpetuate accusations about the company.
“As a private company, Kaspersky Lab does not have inappropriate ties to any government, including Russia, and the only conclusion seems to be that Kaspersky Lab is caught in the middle of a geopolitical fight.
“We make no apologies for being aggressive in the battle against malware and cybercriminals. The company actively detects and mitigates malware infections, regardless of the source, and we have been proudly doing so for 20 years, which has led to continuous top ratings in independent malware detection tests. It’s also important to note that Kaspersky Lab products adhere to the cybersecurity industry’s strict standards and have similar levels of access and privileges to the systems they protect as any other popular security vendor in the U.S. and around the world.”
Moreover, just last month, the U.S. National Intelligence Council shared a classified report with NATO allies concluding that the Russian FSB intelligence agency had access to Kaspersky's databases and as well as the source code. However, Kaspersky Lab has always denied any knowledge of, or involvement in, any cyber espionage operations. "Kaspersky Lab has never helped, nor will help, any government in the world with its cyberespionage efforts," Kaspersky's founder Eugene Kaspersky said in a statement. Eugene also announced that he has just launched an internal investigation to cross-check if United States LEA has relevant facts.
Eugene previously admitted there's a possibility that NSA hacking tools could have been picked up as malware by their Anti-malware scanner because antivirus products are designed to work in that way.
"We absolutely and aggressively detect and clean malware infections no matter the source," the antivirus company said.
Lastly, the answer remains unclear that how is is eyes on whom, what will be the future to the cyber world, which one is good, that go digital or actual( On-line/off-line).
