Google unveils new logo for Find My Devices
Google has started rolling out a new update for Find My Device feature. The update for Android users brings the Find My Device to version 3.0 from 2.5 and it includes a couple of new changes and design updates.
The Find My Device version 3.0 also brings a new logo for the tool. The new logo gives a feeling of a radar which signifies its purpose. Now it has all the four Google colours including two shades of Blue and Green.
It is expected that the Find My Device will also get the support for Bluetooth trackers in future.
The updated icon first appeared in the beta release of Google Play Services and is now available for Android apps as well.
The updated version is now available on Google Play Store and it is still available to selected beta testers. In upcoming months, it is expected that it will be widely available to more users.
Recently, Google added an Unknown tracker alerts feature for Android users. This allows Android users to detect unidentified AirTags and other similar trackers (support to be added later) and stay away from getting tracked or monitored.
