GIGABYTE have been investing after-sales service in India for more than 10 years and it is the only motherboard vendor with their own repair service centers and 50+ collection centers in India. Our senior engineering team has developed the auto de-bug software which can detect the problem within 15 minutes. With our 3D Storage process, we can also have the real-time component and RMA buffer data. Combining software and hardware set up in GIGABYTE service centers in metro locations, 95% of customer’s issue can be resolved within the same day.
GIGABYTE developed our own software called “GIGABYTE APP Center” for a full range of GIGABYTE motherboard for following functions which will provide service at end user’s finger points without going to service centers.
1. Tune system for best performance and automatically overclock your system by one click. So user can do the system adjustment by themselves easily.
2. Monitoring system: Monitor components such as the clocks and processor and create alerts when temperature gets too high or record your system’s behavior.
3. @BIOS allows a user to update BIOS using a simple and slick graphical user interface. @BIOS can automatically download the latest version from the GIGABYTE servers or you can update your BIOS from a file on your computer.
