Genpact to acquire Triumph

Genpact has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Triumph Engineering Corp. Closing is subject to satisfaction of certain customary conditions. Terms of the deal are not disclosed.Triumph enhances Genpact's services portfolio for the infrastructure and manufacturing sector by adding capabilities in the large and high-growth segment of engineering and technical services.
