Futurenet Technologies in its 25th year has had a wonderful learning experience during FY20-21 and FY21-22, we have had to reinvent and innovate continuously to meet the growing demands of the customers during this pandemic.

Futurenet has been able to move large no of customers to remote user mode and still provide a robust user experience thereby ensuring business continuity. Another very fulfilling experience has been that we could help a leading professional University to evaluate the answer sheets of students remotely in a very secure manner, thus ensuring that the academic career of students was not disrupted.
Expanding Service Offerings
We have expanded our services offerings primarily remote infrastructure management to newer geographies specially to clients in the Middle East and Europe. This expansion has happened due to two counts, one by way of references from our existing clientele and two by sustained digital marketing campaigns.
Available Solutions to Penetrate
In this Pandemic period remote working seems to be the new normal and there are various surveys which state that WFH is here to stay, infact one of the surveys suggest that a whopping 80% of workers wish to work remotely.
Large enterprises/MNCs were able to adapt quickly to the remote working culture, we at Futurenet believe that it is the MSME and Semi Large enterprises which are looking for cost effective solutions which will enable business continuity.
Keeping this in mind we are providing subscription based (Opex model) WFH solutions to the organizations in the Tier 2 cities.
Strategic Plans In 2021
As most of us are aware the current pandemic is here to stay at least till 2023 and we are going to experience multiple waves as we speak. Keeping this in view, we at Futurenet believe traditional methods of sales and marketing and the products /services need to be aligned with the current situation at hand, therefore we decided to automate most of our process. People skilling and providing a conducive environment to our colleagues to work remotely. We have oriented our focus in providing quality services and bring to the fore Performance Audit services, Remote Infrastructure Management, Cloud Migration Assessment, Cloud Migration and Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning Trainings.
