Fourth Dimension Solutions to issue 1:1 bonus
Fourth Dimension Solutions Limited (FDSL) has proposed to issue 1:1 bonus issue to its shareholders.
The total half year revenue grew to Rs 612.78 crore from the previous half year figure of Rs 553.49 crore recording a growth of 10.71 per cent. The net profit after tax grew to Rs 14.43 crore from previous year net profit of Rs 8.11 crore recording a growth of 77.8 per cent. Buoyed over the exponential growth, the company proposed the issue 1:1 bonus to its shareholders.
