Fiona Lodge and Jean Turgeon join NTT’s new Cloud Communications Division
NTT announced the launch of its new Cloud Communications division, its center of excellence provisioning cloud communications solutions. Previously known as Arkadin, the Cloud Communications division is a critical part to delivering on NTT's Intelligent Workplace solutions. The division will continue to act as a trusted advisor to organizations looking to accelerate modern collaboration within their workplace, which in the recent climate is more important than ever.
The Cloud Communications division continues to work closely with its fully owned subsidiary, Applicable Limited, a leading provider of Cloud Unified Communications and enterprise voice services with offices in Bristol (UK), Brisbane (AUS) and Houston (USA).
Under the leadership of Mark Alexander, Dr. Fiona Lodge and Jean Turgeon will work closely with the existing regional and go-to-market teams to drive the strategic evolution of NTT Ltd.’s world-class cloud communications solutions.
Dr. Fiona Lodge as Chief Product and Strategy Officer will be responsible for strengthening NTT Cloud Communication division’s role as a trusted advisor in cloud-based unified communications and services. She works closely with a network of key partners like Microsoft and Cisco to facilitate a comprehensive workplace transformation strategy for customers globally.
Jeans as Chief Technology and Information Officer will lead services adoption both internally and externally with NTT Ltd. clients as they undertake their business transformation journey. He brings years of experience in aligning business objectives, digital execution and cloud adoption while ensuring SLA’s, security and compliance standards are met
