Films like Uri & Bala added confidence in me: Yami Gautam
Every actor loves to experiment with their looks and characters, but a few get such a chance. Yami Gautam is among those lucky ones who got such films in her kitty.
When asked about her roles she is doing, Yami said, “I love versatile roles... and I am glad those came my way.”
Talking about her roles she said that her role in films like Uri and Bala helped her evolve as an actor.
The role of Pari (Bala) added confidence and faith in her, she added.
Yami till date has appeared in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Malayalam movies apart from Bollywood. She began her career opposite Ayushmaan Khurrana in ‘Vicky Donor’ where she did not go unnoticed.
She gained appreciation from her latest films Uri-The Surgical strike (opposite Vicky Kaushal) and Bala (opposite Ayushmaan Khurrana).
