Well, Essen Vision has always believed in giving a futuristic experience for its employees and function. We are among the few companies in the country to have started using Alexa and Google Home to provide a digital experience for employees in terms of controlling the lights and air-conditioning in the office at the start and end of the day, informing employees it’s time to go for lunch, playing music to soothe the mood and enhance employee productivity.

Mention one technology adopted by your organization that has helped you to offer better service to your customers.

Our CRM has been a major milestone completed to provide the team with the complete and correct data to ensure customers are provided information on their renewals, open and closed tickets, price analysis and comparative statements in different accounts for similar solutions and requirements provides us with multiple analysis to primitively plan campaigns for customers, gives an insight to improve and optimise our support and delivery functions as we have a granular insight on our support tickets . It has been integrated with our accounts function to provide detailed insight on our achievements and shortfalls on a daily basis as well as out pending payment receivables real-time.
