Challenges in getting new and innovative enterprise applications
We find it difficult to hire the kind of expertise we require, as we set high standards in skillset Hiring skilled Engineers for new technical services that we get into is challenging. However, we follow the learn, experiment, test and deploy model for new technologies and we have strong training programs to support new members of our team.
Changing customer needs make it difficult for us to meet timelines, but we handle new requirements efficiently.
In the initial stages with new customers too, they want us to share case studies. In many scenarios, we are not able to share information on an exactly similar deployment. But we address their concern by working on a Proof of Concept. A smooth pilot ensures trust and reliability.
