Edimax launches SP-1101W

Edimax Technology has announced the launch of SP-1101W Smart Plug Switch for intelligent home control. This device features a slim, low-profile design for modern lifestyle and plugs into any wall socket, enabling users to control all of their electronics connected to this plug and make home, offices more dynamic, functional.

Developed to suit current lifestyle, set up and installation is all done wirelessly and the smart plug features an email notification function to keep users up to date. A built-in scheduling function allows them to program intelligent schedules to make home smarter and more energy efficient via the smartphone app. The app works with iPhone, iPad and Android and the smart plug features helpful LED status indicators, on/off and reset buttons, upgradable firmware for future updates and tweaks. Once the Smart Plug is up and running, email notifications can keep you updated about which appliances and electronics are switched on/off via the EdiPlug app.

SP-1101W comes at an MRP of Rs.7,800/- and is available with Edimax India and its Regional Distributors carrying a warranty of 3 years.
