DXC Technology designates new HR leader for India
DXC Technology has announced that Lokendra Sethi, has been named Vice President HR for India in a newly created leadership role.
Lokendra will drive the human resource strategy for DXC in India and will be responsible to scale its operations for the anticipated growth in India. His responsibilities will include the full gamut of human resource activities in India. Lokendra will also lead the inclusion & diversity and corporate responsibility charters for India.
Mary Finch, DXC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, comments, “India is a strategic growth center for DXC Technology, and this leadership appointment signifies our commitment to building our India delivery center as a world-class talent pool, supporting our global delivery strategy and DXC’s Enterprise Technology Stack.”
Lokendra has over two decades of experience working with some of the best-in-class IT and consulting organizations. He comes to DXC from AECOM where he led the global HR talent services organization and supported the establishment of its Global Delivery Services network. Previously, he was at Accenture as managing director of HR service delivery for its India operations. Lokendra is an XLRI and IIT BHU alumnus.
