'Cynapse 2019' customer event concludes
Cybage Software drew its marquee customer appreciation event ‘Cynapse 2019’ to a close. This event was dedicated to celebrating their partnership with customers, make new connections, learn new ideas, and add new dimensions to one’s growth.
This year, stepping on to its 17th year, Cynapse was held across three different countries with more than 200 clients attending the event in The United States of America, Australia, and Singapore; became the biggest customer appreciation event hosted by Cybage. Cynapse is also slated to be held in the United Kingdom for the first time this year in November.
The event encompassed thought-provoking management learning lessons, networking opportunities for industry leaders, fun ice breaking sessions and essentially, some of the biggest and most popular sporting events in myriad locations.
The key highlights from Cynapse 2019 were a meet and greet session with Kent Herberg, a well-known baseball player at the Minnesota Twins vs Kansas City Royals (MLB) game in Minneapolis and the presentation of the renowned baseball player, Billy Beane in Oakland, CA about how he leveraged data science and combined baseball and analytics to revolutionize the sports industry in his session called Moneyball: The Art of Winning an Unfair Game.
Avinash Lele, President, Cybage Inc. and John Oberon, CTO highlighted the importance of digital transformation and the strategies that can help customers stay ahead of the game. Avinash shared his insights on product engineering, challenges faced, and how to address them in an evolving environment; while John spoke about the implementation of digital solutions to simplify experiences.
Arun Nathani, Managing Director and CEO, Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. expressed his gratitude to the customers for contributing towards creating a warm and unifying culture at Cybage. Elaborating upon the goals of this event, he said, “Cynapse is a celebration of the true partnership that Cybage shares with its customers bringing together thought leaders to connect, learn new ideas, and exchange insights on strategic growth.”
