Citadel Intelligent Systems opens its 2nd manufacturing unit & engineering center
Citadel Intelligent Systems (CIS) has announced the inauguration of its 2nd manufacturing unit and engineering center at Vasai, Mumbai. The Vasai unit will be the second manufacturing base for CIS, after its first unit at Whitefield in Bengaluru. The announcement of second unit of CIS comes within two years of its inception.
KK Shetty, MD, CIS says, “We are really excited to announce our new manufacturing unit and engineering center in Mumbai. With the new unit combined with geographical advantage and availability of skilled workforce, we are set to go all out and cater to the growing optical fiber requirements of the Indian and international markets. The engineering center will focus on designing customized products for telecom & infrastructure sector for India and rest of the world. While our Bangalore facility focuses on enterprise, hyperscale datacenter, aerospace & defense, our Mumbai facility will exclusively focus on providing end-to-end connectivity solutions in telecom and infrastructure sector. The new unit will help us to improve our revenue significantly and scale up our capacity based on the market demand.”
Abhinandan Sharma, Sr. Vice President, CIS says, “Our new manufacturing unit is sprawled over 11,000 sq. ft., which will equip world-class and finest manufacturing setup with 40-50 employees initially.
