Chitranjan Kesari joined as CIO in Fosun Group
Chitranjan Kesari has joined as the CIO in its real estate division of the Fosun Group. The division is recognised as the Ahuja Hive . He will be reporting to the Head office in Shanghai, China.
China based Fosun group has entered the Indian real estate industry through its real estate wing – Fosun Hive, and partnered with Ahuja Constructions in September 2019. This partnership is now known as Ahuja Hive. Broadly Fosun group has various business verticals and trying to expand into Technology and solutions.
Chitranjan spoke on how, the real estate sector is in the middle of a transformation and while it has so far been an exciting ride, it is also being very challenging as we oversee the efficient introduction and use of technology across diverse network in real estate.
He has joined the real estate group and in this new role, Kesari will be working on resolving current technical issues related with project sites in Indian projects, infrastructure and security issues. His focus will be to resolve SAP on AWS issues and some other improvements in business processes.
