Canon participates at Print Pack India 2015
Canon has participated in Print Pack India 2015, a platform that provides a 360 degree view of the graphic arts industry in India. It is also an excellent forum for networking and exchanging technological know-how with leading manufacturers from around the globe. The exhibition was inaugurated by several industry stalwarts including Kazutada Kobayashi, President and CEO, Canon India and Y.S. Komori, Chairman and CEO, Komori Corporation, Japan.
Canon is displaying Commercial & Wide Format Printing Zones along with Dreamlabo Gallery, Oce Arizona Gallery, Production Printing Zone & Solution Zone.
The prime attraction is the Commercial Printing Zone where Canon will showcase the Light Production Digital Printer ImagePRESS C600 for the first time in the North Indian market. ImagePRESS C600 is an entry level 60 PPM printer which is suitable for new entrepreneurs wishing to enter the digital printing industry. ImagePRESS C800 which is a mid-production digital printer with a speed of 80 PPM & duty cycle of 5 Lac A4 impressions will also be showcased.
The new ImagePRESS printer series produce excellent quality prints with 2400 X 2400 Dpi, 8 bit print resolution, longer print length than the conventional 19.2 print length, can print on texture media with single media selection, and have compact registration technology for excellent front back registration. ImagePRESS C800 & C700 were launched in September 2014 in India. Since then we have installed the new ImagePRESS series in the south, west & northern part of the country.
On display in the wide format zone is the Oce Plot wave 340. The iPF 6410S will be showcased as Proofing Device for Offset customers. The ImagePROGRAF 8410SE will be on display as the Wide Format Inkjet Printer for Photo Print applications.
