CamScanner accessible in regional languages to students and educators of tier 2 & 3 cities
CamScanner has announced that it enables students and educators in Tier 2-3 cities by making the app accessible in four regional languages, besides English.
In a bid to increase its penetration in the rural areas amid the COVID19 Outbreak, the app is accessible in key regional languages, including Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Sanskrit. With the regional languages, new users will be prompted to select their preferred languages, and existing users change their language preferences in Settings. This feature is live on Android and iOS.
CamScanner has expanded its reach to students and educators in India, who prefer internet-based services in regional languages with this update, thus scanning document through mobile now accessible to all.
Miller, Marketing Director, CamScanner says, “CamScanner mission has always been to bring the best experience to its users across the country. We have already announced the free access to our premium subscription to the educator and students till June 31, 2020. However, with regional languages, we will further help those students who would prefer to use the app in their native languages.”
