BlackBerry along with Ingram Micro concludes VAR Incentive Programme

BlackBerry has announced the winners of its recently concluded VAR Incentive Programme. In conjunction with Ingram Micro, BlackBerry has launched an exclusive VAR Incentive programme for VARs and SIs to promote BlackBerry enterprise solutions. The programme, which saw participation from over 30 VARs across the country, ran from June 20 to August 20, 2014, with ultimately 2 winners walking away with cash prizes of over a lakh of rupees.
Announcing the winners of the programme, Manoj Khilnani, Country Marketing Head – Enterprise, BlackBerry India, said, “Since we are uniquely positioned to service the enterprise market with our cutting-edge enterprise solutions, latest smartphones and services, it is crucial that we empower our partners and VARs with the technical expertise and know-how. On the other hand, our channel partners are also our biggest brand ambassadors, driving sales for us. Programmes such as these help us to meet them halfway, flourish and create joint business opportunities.”
The three-pronged incentive programme required the VARs to sign up on the programme website Partner Portal. Post that, they could get themselves trained in selling BlackBerry Enterprise solutions with a choice of e-learning modules or on-demand webex trainings. The last phase required the partners to enroll for the sales contest and earning in cash instantly
