Bandhan Bank appoints Siddharth as chief economist

Bandhan Bank has appointed Siddhartha Sanyal as its chief economist and head of research. Siddharth will spearhead the bank's research and business strategy. He joins Bandhan Bank from Barclays, where he was director and chief India economist based in Mumbai. He has been with Barclays since 2010. Before Barclays, he was with the Reserve Bank of India and Edelweiss Capital.
