“RPA is a new age technological model that will essentially automate repetitive, day to day manual and very structured tasks & processes. It’s an automation of “Knowledge Worker” who are repeatedly executing complex tasks, running processes e.g. invoice processing, answering queries, validating files & data, generating MIS, making logical decisions, entering and pulling data, performing transactions and actions of business.
Process automation also brings much more advanced way of using Natural Language Processing (NLP) space where boats are not only executed by simply reading emails and scheduled task but also you can use voice and other types of NLP to get them executed and running.
It can even respond to the natural language e.g. a customer calls and wants to know the status of his order, bot will receive the message and it will go into the system and process and will gather all the information about the order and will tell the customer whether it is in production or packing or being billed or transported or exact location of in transit.”
