Atos, along with Apprenda, unveils a fully-managed cloud solution

Atos has announced a fully-managed cloud solution that allows customers the flexibility to build new microservices and move existing applications to a scaleable cloud model for better cloud control of application workloads. The fully-managed cloud solution is part of the Atos Canopy Orchestrated Hybrid Cloud platform, and a key component of Atos’ Digital Transformation Factory. This solution is built on a new strategic partnership with Apprenda.

Offering one of the largest Cloud ecosystems available, this unique Atos open platform provides businesses with end-to-end managed and digital services over a combination of multiple Cloud types, giving businesses a purpose-built infrastructure with flexibility and ease of migration to manage workloads across private and public clouds. This new fully-managed cloud solution, powered by Apprenda, is seamlessly integrated into the Atos Canopy Orchestrated Hybrid Cloud and more specifically on its ServiceNow ITSM platform.

The Apprenda-powered solution provides developers with an easier way to spec out, design, test and ultimately, deploy new software. It manages both existing and cloud-native applications on the customer’s choice of managed public or private clouds including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Atos Canopy Digital Private Cloud and bullion servers.
