Astrum and LKKER Design to sign pact for a manufacturing plant in Tirupati
Astrum has associated with LKKER Innovation for its upcoming Innovations & Design Center in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Under this agreement, LKKER Design will work upon the Design Innovation for Astrum blending superior technology. The agreement was signed in the presence of Andhra Pradesh IT Minister N. Lokesh (son of Shri Chandraprabhu Naidu)
The collaboration emphasizes the importance of design in the tech industry. Within the framework of this collaboration, Astrum and LKKER Design will work on joint working projects to promote design and are going to share their know-how on technology. LKKER Design will support Astrum on the relevant technology and quality standards to develop Design Innovative Technology Initiatives.
Speaking on the agreement, Manoj Kumar Pansari, Director, Astrum India, says, “The partnership with LKKER Design further paves the way for our objective of becoming a design benchmark, as it enables us to create synergies that help us continue to develop the best designs for our products.”
Astrum, with an investment of Rs.100 crore, will set up a manufacturing plant at Tirupati. Astrum will extend its portfolio to audio devices, LED lights, accessories for mobiles, computer components, gaming controllers. With this venture, about 1,000 new job opportunities will be created.
