ASM Technologies does a follow on investment in Lavelle Networks

ASM Technologies Ltd (BSE: ASMTEC), a global Technology Engineering and Product Development services provider, has done a follow on investment in Lavelle Networks, the Bengaluru based leader in SD WAN Technology in India. In this latest investment round, besides ASM Technologies, telecommunications giant Bharati Airtel have also invested in Lavelle for the first time. Earlier this month, Lavelle Networks had been named in the latest batch of the Google for Startups Accelerator (GFSA) India program which helps high potential Indian Technology startups to build and scale in its initial years.

Sharing his thoughts on the development, Mr. Rabindra Srikantan, Managing Director, ASM Technologies Ltd. said, “Lavelle Networks has been a wonderful partner of ASM for a long time now and this latest investment only reflects the continued confidence that we have in this partnership as we continue to drive immense value to our customers. ASM Technologies has been a partner of Lavelle Networks since its initial years and last year even setup a Centre of Excellence (CoE) for softwae defined networking, jointly in Bengaluru.
