Ashutosh Vaidya to head Dell’s Application and BPO Services

Dell Services has announced appointment of Ashutosh Vaidya as Vice-President and Global Head of its Applications & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) line of business. In this role, Vaidya will report to Suresh Vaswani, President, Dell Services, and is responsible for developing and delivering Applications & BPO solutions for customers across the healthcare; banking; financial services & insurance (BFSI), retail, manufacturing and transportation industries globally.

Suresh Vaswani said, Ashutosh’s rich services experience, proven track record and valuable contributions to the growth of this line of business in the last two years make him the right leader for Applications & BPO. I am confident that he will continue to build on the foundation that we have set.

Prior to this, Vaidya led global delivery for Dell Services’ Applications and BPO as well as Applications Development and Maintenance, Applications Support, and Testing service lines. In this role, he was instrumental in the development of multiple service offerings and the transformation of overall service delivery into a modern, multi-location delivery engine.
